The glute work was great. I agree with the lunge comment, after all the table top work that lunge was a piece of lovely cake.

Thank you for the comment on feeling fire in your thighs in turn out and what to do with it. I'm trying to get back on the path of strength in turn out, rather than tightness, and the options were super dee duper helpful!!! LOVE from WA <3
