Signature 60 minute class is my fave! Closed my eyes and pictured the door as I kept my heart up to look at Marnie (and pray the count goes quicker) sweating, elongating, and waiting for the next thing ♥️ thanks for class and the inspirational memory

After Marnie’s beautiful words of peace and inspiration and my abrupt sweaty, ugly cry -I can fully recommend this particular class. Stretching and cardiovascular work in this class reignited some spots I have been overlooking because I’m used to the movements and class work.
