Such an awesome detoxing workout! I did this a few hours before having lymphatic detox massage, made a huge difference and I saw immediate results in my abdomen & limbs. Inflammation is down and I feel so light 💜 xo

Excellent lengthening class and a surprise energizing one as well. Marnie you were so right, I was super sweaty but became awake with lightness. I really enjoyed seeing the progression of balance and focus on the muscles you have called out when stretching our legs slowly forward and back. Thanks for another amazing session 💜love you!

Yay! The studio was always 60 min so it feels familiar to me. Although I’ve come to love all the new versions, the 60 minutes has always felt like I am truly claiming my time for myself. Not sneaking it in or ticking off a box, but taking up my space and giving myself what I need. ♥️
