Hello gorgeous fam💜
Tomorrow I officially end my forties and start a new decade at 50 years old. It’s been a tremendous journey this last five years but I feel ready to begin some new adventures and to love! Love life, people, places and all the joy in between! Grateful to Marnie and the M/BODY team these past nine(!) years, they’ve guided me through perimenopause(now menopause) injuries, all the birthdays/celebrations, body issues, confidence building and brought me a whole tribe of people that I trust and love. In the old studio days I lived close enough to walk, they watched my little boy in the reception area so I could dance, I had never felt such love amd support from so many people. So I celebrate my fifty trips around the Sun with a big,grateful and love filled thank you to my tribe of warriors, women who lift and inspire, and always help me find the joy. 💛Be in the light, lovelies!💛💛💛xT

Beautiful ballet sculpt class! If you haven’t taken a full breathe or let go of some weight in your shoulders, this class is the perfect remedy. Listening to Marnie call out moves and guiding you to let go and give in to the energy is pure joy. Grateful that I can take up my space, take full breaths and feel the possibility when I really stretch. Take the class and lean in to the invigorating energy 💜

Dani, great idea! I would also suggest hormonal changes with menopause as it has some similarities with pms; I actually upped my M/BODY workouts at the height of my peri menopause six years ago. Marnie helped me figure out that my body needed to flow and heal, I was able refocus my needs and leaned into finding new rhythms(at the time it was with different instructors/class times, now it’s even more amazing with so many classes!!♥️) Even speaking to the mindset that these conditions bring is so helpful when you’re trying to figure out what works for you. Thanks Marnie and team for always helping us through the hard stuff 🥹
