The plank and push-up series was perfection. I was feeling weighed down by my own problems, but after that series I feel strong again ❤️

Little Naka awwwww ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just love him! This workout - I felt a lot in my legs and inner thighs. Mixing up the cardio choreography so no speedy big jumps but still some impact to get the heart going and then it’s legs legs legs legs and legs heeehee love you!
