I struggled with this one. I find it difficult to stay connected and push through instead of bouncing around like in a cardio series. I also struggle with dynamic side lunges, why won’t my hips stay square! Will attempt again!

Lovely ❤️ the early morning is much cooler too which helps a lot when your muscles are on fire and Marnie says “last four sets of 8” 😛

I love your pictures Jess! & I completely understand. That’s why I LOVE how flexible the challenge is, and I just pick a workout/wellness activity from the board that aligns with my energy and motivation. So my workouts aren’t in “order”. For example I did the 20 min barre sculpt this morning (and smilimg at a stranger) because I felt like I needed to feel elegant, with no floor work. Being flexible like this helped me complete the last challenge! Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Whoa you have such a talent for writing and expressing yourself! Are you a writer? What gorgeous words and goals! Number 2 is lovely, recalibrating the nervous system is an important use of your time. Update us on your progress if you feel comfortable doing so ❤️❤️❤️
