Little Naka awwwww ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just love him! This workout - I felt a lot in my legs and inner thighs. Mixing up the cardio choreography so no speedy big jumps but still some impact to get the heart going and then it’s legs legs legs legs and legs heeehee love you!

The plank and push-up series was perfection. I was feeling weighed down by my own problems, but after that series I feel strong again ❤️

Hips feel lovely after this! I’d say it’s safe to do with wrist weights (only 16 big jumps). Interesting and fun new take on dynamic side lunges. Lovely challenging plank series too. ❤️

Includes fantastic cardio series with rolling jumps… the plank series in this is my new favourite. So fun! Glutes are done on the floor but with spinal extension at the bar. ❤️

Wow! This one gets really deep into all the muscle groups. The playlist is amazing - beginning the Barbie party. No big jumps. A goodie to use wrist weights.

So much joy! Love the playlist! I was really feeling it in my glutes the next day! The cardio is quick and fun (only one set of big jumps), and Marnie’s energy just beams through the screen ❤️ you can’t help but smile the whole 60 mins!

Yummy! No dynamic side lunges, one set of big jumps and glutes on the floor Really focusing a lot on the ball in this one! And OH MY ABS ❤️❤️❤️
