So lovely to see your goals, I always love the ones that say “be kind and gentle” to yourself because it is reeeeeeallly challenging! Let’s work on this together please!

My personal goals for the challenge are:

  1. Complete all 60 days

  2. Be more active and hype people up more on the community board!

  3. Do all the wellness activities with purpose and mindfulness.

Starts off fiery with lots of bounces and jumps. I love the integration of leg and glute work! also that plank series was INTENSE! definitely need to come back to practice that one!

This class felt like it was only 10 minutes! It was so grounding so if you’ve been feeling anxious or having racing thoughts this is such a goodie x

Ooooooh really felt my inner thighs with this one, which is great personally as I have IT Band tensions and it helps release that a little. Can’t wait to repeat it once my inner thighs are less stiff of course heehee.

Absolutely AMAZING PLAYLIST. The work at the barre is so so beautiful and Marnie’s reminders to lengthen can push you deeper into the move.

Sweaty sweaty sweaty sweaty from beginning to end! I love the playlist too. Really felt in my triceps! Beautiful floor choreography to help you feel more grounded. Hips felt lovely and mobile and free after this. This workout includes rolling sauters (jumps).
