Love this one - so sweaty but no big jumps. So wiggly with the ball in the lunge, WOW GLUTES. Lovely push-up/cardio combo to flush right at the end. Future Nicole - try with wrist weights throughout.

Little Naka awwwww ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just love him! This workout - I felt a lot in my legs and inner thighs. Mixing up the cardio choreography so no speedy big jumps but still some impact to get the heart going and then it’s legs legs legs legs and legs heeehee love you!

The plank and push-up series was perfection. I was feeling weighed down by my own problems, but after that series I feel strong again ❤️

Hips feel lovely after this! I’d say it’s safe to do with wrist weights (only 16 big jumps). Interesting and fun new take on dynamic side lunges. Lovely challenging plank series too. ❤️
