I was pretty low on energy today and was sad I wouldn’t be able to do a jumpy sweaty one. But this was EXACTLY PERFECT and still sweaty! Thank you for the reminder that we need ALL the colours. ❤️❤️❤️

The UK has been baking hot the last four days (like the hottest on record hot!) and today it rained! - this workout felt so cleansing and magical paired with the rain! Thank you!

I’m a big fan of jumping jacks and the big jumps and generally bouncing around (I do this even around the house hehe). BUT this workout is in my top 3 faves of all time. I LOVE the plank series, it’s so dynamic and fun. And I just feel like every time I do this video, the next day I’m calmer and stronger ❤️
