This is my favorite video because it represents the beginning of an amazing journey that Marnie started while the world was falling apart around us - and we all joined in along the way - all of us around the world. Marnie and Danni and many other behind the scene peeps worked so hard to make this first video happen. It is an inspiration and I feel privileged to have witnessed it happening in our little corner of First and La Brea. Thank you M/Body fo all of this. We would not be the same without you. xo

This is a super duper heart beating leg pumping joy of a class! Thank you for sharing that wonderful quote at the end. I will endeavor to leap every day. Can't wait to memorize the choreography as well!

Super duper workout! This is a must for anyone who has not yet done it and for everyone to do at least once a week to make you feel alive and grateful for existing and for Marnie being there for all of us.

Just wanted to say I'm so excited this is day 50 of the challenge and I'm bummed that I'll have to miss the live today. I'll do it as soon as it's posted later and do tomorrow's now! Love to the global fam and to everyone who makes M/Body exist. Love you!!!

Definitely Sculpt... and I'm also very sweaty just like my inner ballerina! This is a very good intro for new Global Fam peeps to what part of an IRL sculpt class was like. Most excellent. Mmbop!
