Excellent <30 to get the blood pumping! I remember trying to do the moving plank series in my living room last year! I think I did it better today.. I'm going to put in some extra work to get it right. It's really fun! Thanks Marnie! xo

I seem to always say this but THIS 60 signature felt the closest to an IRL La Brea studio class! Any new members to M/Body should check this out right away!

Love Love Love. Did this again today ( a little late ) for day 42 of the fall 2021 challenge and I'm really happy that I could do more of the moves better than I could 8 months ago! Yay! Will return to this one for sure on 12/19!

This was another perfect m/bodyment of an <30 barre sculpt class. I'm doing this fall 2021 class a few days early due to travel and I'm so glad I picked this one for today. I'll probably do this every day it's that great. Anyone new to M/Body should check this out! xo

Woo! Did it! I almost want to say bring on more planks next year! Oh it's in print now ... guess it's gotta happen! Thankful for you Marnie, all the wonderful people who make M/Body videos and classes happen and grateful for all of the global family out there it really is very wonderful to think of everyone doing classes together!

That was so good. I'm so sweaty and so relaxed and energized at the same time. I was able to stretch out my right leg with my left foot on the ground with the help of my 'barre' (kitchen counter). Felt so great! Thanks!

I'm so happy to do this one again after I had picked it as my day 21 'pick any <60 class day! All the same sentiments apply as written below - all new global fam peeps will love this one!
