Happy Three Years JG!!! Thank you too for the History of St Valentine!

It's a really enjoyable class. I'm very happy that I revisited it today. It feels good to do moves that have been really challenging for me (on hip, and on the elbow oof!). I keep trying and keep getting stronger as we all do!

A move from the floor flow classes where we go to down dog, lift one leg up, then to plank and that same leg bends to the same elbow, then that leg up again (in DD) and then that leg to the other side but then we turn and sit down and stretch forward, then turn back to plank, then DD and do the other side.. I think you know what I mean? 😆❤️

Happy Valentines Day to all of our bodies! I picked this class for the stretch after a walk and was pleased to notice it is class # 214 AND it was right after Britt had her baby girl in 2022.. Such happiness!

I love this one so much. I was so happy re-reading everyone's comments this morning and they are always inspiring and helpful to me - I just wanted to 'heart' them all today after enjoying the workout. xo

This <30 Signature was awesome. More please! Loved the 'standing with our back to the barre, on the ball, leg lifts'. Used my 5s. Another wonderful Palentine's class for the G/Fam. Thank you!

I'm gonna add this to a list that I haven't officially made yet which is classes to try to do weekly - they're usually in the <20 range as 'toppers' or 'starters' to the walks I take. I love the act of getting up and down with just legs, while moving my arms. I feel alive. Thank you M.

This is a truly beautiful class. We are still in some heavy times right now. We must be strong and stay strong together. xo

❤️❤️❤️ I was feeling like I was sort of free-styling some of the jumps and kicks and then Marnie was too. Stellar class and ditto to all comments below on the playlist. Was anyone else singing and sobbing during the stretch to Both Sides Now? xo
