Everything Lindsey J recommended + I found it helpful to have a larger folded towel nearby for this class for my hip (just in case) and then my hands for some plank action (very fun). Enjoy it!

Oh wow was this fun!! Cardio at the end was perfect and that song!! Almost made it through the ball series without losing the behind the leg ball lol. It just popped out across the room and I kept going. Really really awesome class. xo

I heard all the shout out - I was blushing!! I was so chuffed! I did the first 20 minutes around 11:30 on 5/24. Will do the rest this week lol. I loved being live today (5/28)!! thank you for the lovely comments today as well. xoxoxo

This class is fabulous, fun and freeing! It gives you that ballerina feeling (as you may know by now, am particularly partial to), while always keeping you feeling strong, in control and happy. Please try it. 

So good. Second time this month. Just an all around lovely experience and stay for the tutorial at the end if you can. xo

This was the perfect class to end the last day of my 57th year. I wanted something grounding and engaging and relaxing. I am so grateful for this practice and this community. xo
