Another m<60 flew by in mere moments. Felt so good. The Barre sequence took me back to the studio - you kept our legs up and out and pressing! Beautiful chaos. I love it. Boopity boop boop.

I like Faith's goal of by 12/1. Got one down today (144) (have to miss the live). 💪❤️

This was a classic signature <60 with a wonderful pace and just the right amount of planks to excite the palate!  Did this one today as I have to miss today's live AND I'm doing a mini challenge with Lindsey Jordan and Faith to do the other Planksgiving classes by December 1st AND it fits into my own self challenge to revisit all of 2021 classes because I like to have a theme to how I pick classes to do in between the Lives. I feel so thankful for this platform every single day. I love you G/Fam.

This is a great standing barre class. There are not too many if not at all moves in deep second so it's good for anyone having any knee issues. Shout out to my half-birthday sisters out there 👏 it was a fun way to end the day!

Recommend! A wonderful version of the annual "Planksgiving" class.  A really great flow, some mini fairy jumps (the best), some new combos, new guests to the class, and lots of sweat! Please, please, please don't fret too much about Planks. They really are great.
