I'm realizing how tough inner thigh work is for me even though I would swear they're pretty strong! I'll be utilizing that ball a whole lot more to get my outer thighs to trust the strength of my inner ones. And squeezing my butt during core engagement?! 🤯 I feel like I'm entering a whole new world of PLAY with my body. Thank you, Marnie❤️
