I donโt know if this will help but have you ever tried laying on one of those long foam rollers with your legs up re resting on a chair or sofa? So that you tailbone and the length of your spine rests on the foam roller as well as your head? I do this for 7 min at least when my nervous system is out of whack it really seems to helpโฆ. Acupuncture, hot epsom salts baths, lowering sugar and coffee intake, also I take the Perimenopausal supplements (ME) when I rememberโฆ. ๐๐๐ซ๐
