Omg!!! This puppy was at the salon I was at yesterday!! It came right over and crawled in my lap before I got my hair did! Pure joy! The unexpected little things like this are my nourishment!

Can anyone even read this?? š¤£š¤£ I intentionally wrote in pencil so I could change if needed and I did! I really was ambitious! I was going hard the first nine days. The 9th day I over did it with the workouts and I was sore for multiple daysā¦ a challenge to get back on that pony and eek it out, but I used modifications and achieved my goal of 5 workouts a week! This included M/Body and ballet zoom classes. And a random YouTube workout. Michael did the no screens before sun and morning water with me so that helped keep me on track having a buddy like that. We were able to keep each other in check! I noticed we were talking more in the morning which was sooooo nice and good for us (now if we can just stick w it). I had the goal of dry brushing thrice weekly. I did it twice a week at least. I also added the goal of meditating 5 days a week for atleast 15 minutes. We mostly did 20 every morning but when there was a time crunch we did 5 min and there was one day we didnāt because I was ā¦.. hungover šµš«£ just being honest. Everything in moderation right? So there ya go! I surprised myself. I circled my workouts and highlighted my goals. I really love these group challenges!!! It keeps me motivated when I know we are doing it together! Safe travels to all of you going to Italy. Excited for your retreat and our āFeel Good Fallā 21 day challenge! Thanks for posting pics when you can. All of it is very inspirational. I made my own calendar and highlighting what I end up doing. Going for 5 workouts a week (or more). 5 days of meditating for 20 min and then the wellness activitied. Every day- Water first thing, 10 min of natural light before screens, and at least 3 days of dry brushing a week. Love you all!

So I ended up doing last Wed live on Friday morning and my mom pulled out the yoga mat and started doing it with me. She isnāt pictured, but I was so proud she hung in there for at least the first 10 min. She is 76! It was so cute seeing her dance a bit!

I did the Wed healing hips vid before this long ass 4hr kayak paddle w my brother. His hips were sore afterward, mine were not! Iām crediting M/Body! Spending this week checking in on family in Kentuckyā¦ solo without Michael is weird, bc heās my emotional support human haha, but itās good (yet challenging at times with family). Wishing you and your families all the best this summer!

This is a weird question, but has anyone ever done a parasite cleanse and just curious on your thoughts about itā¦ also I saw an ad for somatic exercises that look very similar to stuff in Marnieās workouts (usually during the cool down).

In response to what we would like to see more of, the knockout sweats are my favorite! And classes based solely on stretching and meditation or restorative. Also the XXX! Haha!
