I had such horrible cramps (perimenopausal stuff) I thought o was dying yesterday clutching a hot water bottle through the day… I made it to the mat this morning and this is exactly what I needed/wanted! I love this support group so much! Thank you for the shout out Marnie! OX! Oh and I was wearing shorts, but had thick leg warmers on that I could put over my knees for the knee stuff’ loved that flow so freakin much!

I’m loving the calendar feature on the app. Trying to get more in the habit of using it. Is there a way to sync it to google calendar?

Is there any talk of another challenge coming soon?

So cute!!! Congratulations!!I knew a woman who worked out all the way up to when the baby was born. I have no experience with that personally . I would just say listen to your body and any advice from medical practitioners. In my yoga teaching training, my teacher would always say avoid twists if you were pregnant. πŸ’—πŸ’«
