Omg! So sorry to hear this. Can you do abs and arms? Sometimes when I have some issue w a body part, I just watch the vid and whatever I can do even if it’s just punching my arms or upper body stuff while sitting and the meditation Feel better soon! Take it easy! Xo

Wonderful workout!!! 💗 I started off as desk crew during the live bc I was struggling in many ways - including my back and ankle were acting weird, but I ended up getting to the mat for the abs section of the live- it was all I could do that day and the next day my abs were feeling it in all the right ways! I finally was able to do the whole workout today and I loved it so much! Thank you Marnie, Katelyn, and Team! Xo 💗
