We love the seafood dumplings and Genghis Cohen! Fritto Misto in Hermosa, La Bohème in West Hollywood has a great Happy Hour… they have some great Tide Pools near Malibu if you have the right shoes… (it’s also a hike before the hike kinda thing but totally worth it) and you can check on the All Trails app for fun hiking. I love rollerskating/biking/walking the strand in Hermosa and walking along The Riviera near Redondo and if you like Sushi, our fave is Izaka-Ya by Katsu-Ya in Manhattan Beach. There is an outdoor roller skating rink/skate park in Venice which is super fun. You can hike up Pointe Dume where the first Planet of the Apes was filmed (along with other cool shows- Vincent Price’s ashes were scattered there too) and that is near one of our faves, the Sunset Restaurant- make a Rezzy. Have so much fun!!!

These past couple of days I couldn’t get past the jumpy movements without feeling like o was going to throw up (I’ve been having digestion issues lately and also that time of the month) but this one was perfect as well as the other healing hips vid I did yesterday!!! I had to modify some of those arm movements, but thank you! I feel better now.
