Anita’s bday standing sculpt, black history month! Mostly standing except for a stretch at the end which is perfectly doable from outside brick patio like I did. Just used my tshirt under the knee. Staying w our friend and I didn’t have a yoga mat so I just wore my sneakers. You can do this anywhere! Thinking of you Faith! Xo 💗

We played a show on Halloween in these 18th century French garb vampires lol. The second pic is from a few years back in LA. It’s really the prettiest dress I own lol. Michael looks legit. I am able to jump around on stage bc of Mbody! Love this fam! Thank you Marnie!
