You accomplished a lot!!!! Way to go!! You did great!! Agree with the whole sun b4 screens. It’s just better for the mind right? Instead of getting bombarded by the world you focus on you! That was a huge challenge for me, but it is such a nice way to wake up. A shift! You inspire me!
