I did a lot more than I expected!! π I reached my goal of 3 Mbody workouts a week!! πππ« from here, I plan to fill in my calendar with the workouts that I missed due to βrest daysβ. I absolutely love the mbody calendar on the app, but I also love writing checkmarks on paper next to when I finish and circling the days where I worked out in some capacity.
