I did a lot more than I expected!! πŸ’— I reached my goal of 3 Mbody workouts a week!! πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ’« from here, I plan to fill in my calendar with the workouts that I missed due to β€œrest days”. I absolutely love the mbody calendar on the app, but I also love writing checkmarks on paper next to when I finish and circling the days where I worked out in some capacity.
