60 min Barbie workout was the BEST

What better way to celebrate seeing Barbie with all my sibs and sweet mama?! This was my favorite 60 min so far! The playfulness and energy was so strong! Felt good to be silly and laugh today!!

This class is SO MUCH FUN! I loved the mixture of familiar movements and dynamic stretches and new combos to keep my brain in curious mode. It’s sweaty and energizing! Plus the holistic tips on adrenals and lymphatic drainage is just so helpful!!

I was VERY tight in my neck and back and nearly didn’t hit the mat today…but this was SO restorative and energizing! Perfect for those days when you nearly don’t make it 😅
