I missed the live due to sickness, but I am SO glad I came back to this one! I felt strong and able to do each move and shape, which is no small thing! The dynamic stretches and constant shifting allowed for each muscle to work and then rest, while remaining in a meditative state mentally 💗

Goal: Smile more!
Had the fabulous opportunity to see the Radio City Hall Rockettes and wow do they smile while doing some incredibly challenging moves! Made me want to focus on smiling more during my mat time. And in general! After a season of many difficulties and poor coping mechanisms, I’m so grateful for the M/Body community for accountability and self care. 💗

I just came back to this one to squeeze some mat time in before dinner prep and WOW is it a new 20 minute fave!! I LOVE the combos because they made me feel at rest mentally and the movement and flow was so life giving and energizing.
