I came back to this after doing the live and this time I touched my knee to the floor for each lunge! So fun to revisit and rechallenge because I’m truly not the same as I was the first time. 💗💪🏻

This was a unique opportunity to slow down the movement to focus on form, but don’t be fooled! It wasn’t slow and I am sweating 😅I found myself having main character attitude with each dancer’s pose and the ending meditation is something I’m going to write out and post on my mirror.💗

Megan this is wonderful news! I did a lot of yoga and Pilates mat work in my second and third trimesters.(Nothing in the first!) Lower weights, movement ball for your back and low impact. Walking is the absolute best so you could alternate mat days with walking and make sure you have at least one rest day. Girl you look so beautiful! 😍 (Brittney Claridades might have more tips!)

My cellular makeup has memorized this warm up flow! So exciting seeing how my body just knows what comes next and is excited to play. This is very sweaty and extremely fun!

Just a very British tradition at Christmas. Sultanas, apple, cinnamon, cloves, and citrus baked in a mini pie. They are surprisingly delightful!
