I'm not usually a big 60 minute or country music girl, but I loved this class.  May be Dolly was inspiring me. The time flew by and the music touched my heart. The mat work wasn't overly taxing on my wrists which is always appreciated.  The arm dance was 🔥. Thanks Marnie and M/body team.
