Wow!!  I  am very proud of myself. This workout had a lot of tabletop work which can be tough on my wrists. I had to take breaks but I did it all. When I joined M/body 2 years ago I would have never even attempted it. Yay!!! Way to go MER!!!😍

Absolutely! And I have 6 stuffed animals on my bed! And I'm 56! Really need to hold something when I sleep.

Love the banter between Marnie and LP.  They are so cute together.  You can definitely feel how much they love and respect each other. Also really appreciate hearing and watching Marnie making small adjustments on LP's body.  Way to go ladies!!! Hope to see LP in the future.

Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 168.  Makes me feel like a ballerina (I have never taken any kind of dance class) and also has the kickass song Rhythm Nation by Janet Jackson!!!

 This is Baby Barnie.  He is very squishy and soft.  I love to kiss and squeeze him. 

This is my little one year old niece.  I just want to squeeze those cheeks.  Her nickname is Dora (as in the Explorer).
