Hello lovely fam,

I'm here again asking for strength and positive energy. I have suffered another loss in my life. Yesterday I found out that my dearest and closest friend (who lived about 4500 kms from me) died after a short illness. She was only 65. I'm gutted. I didn't get to say goodbye. The grief weighs heavily upon me.

Be sure to tell your loved ones how you feel about them. Don't wait till tomorrow. It might be too late 💔😢

Hi Lovely G/fam peeps.

I'm just reaching out to ask for some positive vibes, thoughts of strength and love. As many of you know, both of my parents passed away in the last couple of years (Mom just in June). I am currently overwhelmed with feelings of loneliness. I'm trying my best to stay in the light but I'm finding it very challenging. All of you bring so much light to this world so I thought I'd ask for your help. Thanks as always. xoxo ME

Digging out from Toronto's biggest ever one day snowfall (55cms sorry I don't know what that is in inches). As you can see in the pix, finding a place to put all of the snow became quite the conundrum ❄️😁. Needless to say, I'm not doing too many arm and shoulder workouts! 😂 Hope everyone is staying warm and safe. Sending lots of love to Minnesota and Iran and... 🙏♥️

Happy new year global fam!!!

Watching 2025 fade into the past brings up very conflicting feelings for me. On the one hand it was one of the toughest years of my life. Having to let go of my mom's earthly presence has been nothing short of heartbreaking. On the other hand 2026 will be the first year of my life (almost 58) without one of my parents by my side. "Every new beginning, comes from some other beginning's end" Semisonic 1998

I'm going to do the best that I can to "Be in the Light" in 2026, but I know that I can't do it alone.

Sending lots of love and strength to Jenny Groener on the death of your mom. It's so hard to lose the woman that brought us into this world and taught us how to be strong and loving women. You're in my thoughts.
