My office/workout area. The kitchen island is a makeshift barre in witch I ca store all my workout clothes and accessories. My closet doors are mirrors...so perfect for my form. This small space is my sanctuary and the vibe is zen and positive. And my fur baby joins in!!!

Hi sweet fam! I'm wondering if some of you wear ankle weights during the workouts? Do you think it's beneficial....and is it doable without losing the precision of the moves.

This sets the tone for a wonderful year! 30 days of dry January, 30 days of Yoga (with Adriene) and 15 days of M/body ( with Marnie and all of you). Keeping this up through February with more M/body. Xo
