I've been out of balance for a few months, trying to catch my breath and find peace from within. My mind, body, heart and soul have been feeling the repercussions of accumulated stress. I've come back to the mat lately and feeling the presence of this community, hearing Marnie's words of wisdom, melting over the puppies and yes moving my body have helped me find my path to healing. Even the subtle tinkling of my feet the day after a workout reminds me that I'm alive and that I get to walk on mother earth. The openness of my heart reminds me that I get to love myself and others. The fire in my core reminds me that I am strong and that I can get through anything. The Wiggles and little aches remind me that I can achieve greatness. My office/workout area. The kitchen island is a makeshift barre in witch I ca store all my workout clothes and accessories. My closet doors are mirrors...so perfect for my form. This small space is my sanctuary and the vibe is zen and positive. And my fur baby joins in!!!
