Every time I’m about to do a Barre “Sweat” I think of cardio, but I forget it’s more like a sculpt-y session that brings the sweat 🔥! They’re one of my favorites, especially with the ankle weights that are so healing for the spine, lower back, and hips. There’s plenty of kicking alongside music like “Wrecking Ball” that will surely get you in the mood to kick some butt!

Anahita Pradhan It’s not actually a camp 😂, but a “boot camp.” You might be able to get a DVD!
