I’m a skinny gal and I try to avoid too much cardio so I’m always a little hesitant about knockout sweat classes, but I’m reminded again that you’ll get a beautiful balance in all of Marnie’s classes; it’s never JUST stretching, JUST cardio, or JUST muscle building! 💥 This was a perfect amount of brain work (I generally do not like brain work for working out because I like to get in the zone with my body) and the kicking front and back is deliciously healing for my lower back.
