Hi all! I haven’t been as visible on the community board or IG, but I’m still here and still in love with MBody. Loved this challenge! Another year another challenge! Thank yall again for keeping these 5 years so interesting, fun and healthy! This challenge had a bit of bouncing around due to early shows and schedules, I can't rock out before my mbody time lol. I love surrendering to the flow of these challenges and accepting rest days which is something I'm trying to work in more for myself, but man it makes those sculpt days more fiery! Love this challenge

Low key high key hoping for a 60 into the colder months 💙🙏🤞 this was so fun o don't want the journey to be over!

Thank you and congrats to everyone who accepted the challenge of showing up for themselves!

So proud of myself for actually keeping track of and posting my board for the first time in my challenge history! I have REALLY noticed my stamina increase during this challenge, and like many of you, I am unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to approach my body in a different way other than "harder, more, sweatier, PUSH!". I am trying to be gentle about shifting that relationship with my body, and I am SO grateful that this space has my back. Congrats, all!!!!

Hi hi! I am 4.5 weeks post partum and desperate to get back into the m/body groove. My baby was delivered via c section and I was told to engage in exercise that is gentle on the core. Any workouts that folks would recommend? Any other ppl who had c section deliveries? When did you start working out again?

I could not be more thankful for this challenge. I’ve been having to deal with some absolute shit this week, and the challenge has been a constant for me to rely on. It’s been helping me deal with all these negative emotions that come with real life hardships.

It’s helped me explore confidence despite opposition, which is something I always struggle with. It’s also helped me be more kind to myself and take the low impact options in a sweat class when necessary, even though I love the jumps! Thank you Marnie for this eerily perfectly timed challenge ❤️

And thank you G Fam for the love and support and beautiful posts on this channel.

PS does anyone else feel stress in their stomach? I struggle to eat enough when stressed! Any tips to increase appetite welcome!

Hi fam! I have been out of the game for almost 2 years now. I hit some pretty intense depressive episodes and had a tough school year (as a teacher). This challenge is coming when I need it most. I have been wanting to get back to the mat, but my own doubts have held me back. This summer I’m moving past those negative thoughts. I’m getting into gardening to enjoy life outside in my relatively new house. And I’m coming back to the mat starting Monday. Wish me luck!
