LA Fires Zoom Fundraiser 💜

Thank you for all of the check-ins and kindness! Our LA team is all safe & extremely grateful. LA is our home and we love our community 🤍

We are heartbroken by the devastation caused by the fires & are working on ways to support those who have lost so much. On Saturday we will be doing a LIVE Zoom workout in lieu of our regular class to support those most devastated by the fires. We would LOVE you to join + share + invite as many people as possible to this interactive experience. Not only do we strive to raise desperately needed monetary donations, but also to raise the healing vibration in ways only our community can. Hey M/body fam! I just finished the new year class with Emma (my not so mini) pictured here left. That is the actual Atlantic Ocean out our window and a super motivating backdrop for our classes.
I really loved what Marnie said about New Year’s resolutions- not being all or nothing and pairing joyful activities with our resolution goals.
Happy New Year to all! Here’s to new beginnings in 2025!
BTW- just used the movement ball for the first time today and it was a great addition!

A piece of my heart to you...

In the midst of pain, heartbreak, and suffering there is an aching for love... the love that desires the good for others & for ourselves. Never underestimate a kind gesture, a smile, or a words of support and encouragement because it can make an impression that's unforgettable.
It's incredible how much fitness has taught me. Perseverance, patience, strength, grit, and how to push past fear with grace. What we do on the mat pills over into daily life. And for me, It's given me the playground to find & explore the joy in suffering. That joy is realizing I am not alone & the grief from love with no where to go, has found a place to breakthrough, and that is through movement. We can do hard things even when its scary. Remain hopeful, courage can be found in essence of hope.

Continue to support, love, cherish one another. ❤️ My heart goes out to you all.
