CREATIVITY ACTIVITY #3: Time Travel
This week we want you to time travel.
Remember yourself around the ages of six to eight, what did you like to do? What were your favorite things? Can you bring some of these back into your life this week? A favorite food? Game? Person?
Now, write a letter from your Mini to your current self... what does she love about the life you’ve created so far? Is there anything she’d like to say?

Hi M/body Fam! I’m finally back after a three month hiatus! We traveled to San Francisco, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Bangkok, Phuket, New Zealand, Fiji, Sydney and Bali. It was a transformative experience in so many ways. I intended to take M/BODY with me and continue while on my trip. I did work out a few times but not regularly. I’m grateful to to be able to pick up again and get back into my routine. I’ve done two workouts so far and I’m loving it! I’m so grateful that to have this community and this practice! Thank you for being here. 🥰
Hiya! I have a small winery in Berkeley, CA called Tessier Winery. Life is crazy busy but I love to make time for M/body. I grew up dancing (ballet and jazz) and later got into yoga and pilates. M/body is a great combo of both but with more fun! I need to keep my body in shape, as my job is very physical, but also mentally busy. Plus, I love all the positivity!
We’re going to miss the puppies on the lives. Little miss Jackson who is a rescue herself has been mesmerized by the puppies frolicking across the screen. From one fur family to another, thank you Marnie for opening your heart to animals in need 🐾🩷

happy april! gill and i have been having so much fun in the lives lately, and in the world. one of the things we’ve been doing a lot is line dancing!! getting more flexible from m/body has made it really fun to pull off high kicks and cool tricks at line dancing! it’s also been a cool exercise in letting go of insecurity!
