Gus decided to join me today for the cinco de Mayo sweat!
This is my cat June and my absolute favorite photo of her just chilling upside down like it is normal for a cat to do this. She starts on the mat with me until I accidentally step on her tail. She is super talkative (which is annoying at 5am), very cuddly, and loves most everyone.

So fam I have a very sedentary job sitting in front of a computer most of the day. I have a standing desk at the office but I will be working from home 2 or 3 days a week. Anyone have a suggestion for a good chair to help with lower back pain etc ? Any suggestions very much appreciated.

This is Lou 🐶 who loves anything cozy and warm - just a put pillow anywhere on the floor and you are guaranteed finding him there! He also loves to come sit next to me at the end of our live classes 🥰😍
