I am away from home at my first conference, and doing my first conference presentation to hundreds of people. I am going to be in the light today and I know mother earth will catch me. PS I did my workout with my shampoo and conditioners bottles as weights on a towel between the beds.

Hi! Today, I was quite naughty. I went to town on the remaining Rockets in the office candy basket. Guess who ended the day with a vicious headache? I usually eat well, ie no candy, staying away from the chips, and I feel great. I suspect that since I overindulged in pure sugar, I paid for it. Sigh. Anyone else ever experience this? Is this what kids experience after eating excessive amounts of candy?
