This 5th challenge was my βprivateβ one and definetely the hardest Iβve completed so far. The last months have been so hard both for my body and mind, so reaching 45days of workouts itβs a huge goal.
Iβve molded these boards to my needs, jumping from a day to another and choosing classes that fitted my schedule in a better way. Doing so, Iβve been completely true to meβ¦
Today Iβm still not in my better place but Iβm deeply grateful for the spirit and energy M/Body, Marnie and the Fam give me, day after day.

Happy end to the challenge fam! This is technically my 5th challenge, but this time I really allowed myself not to stay so rigid with it. In challenges past, I would double up, or even triple up (within reason) some days to catch up, but with the way life is lately, I listened to my body (and my heart) and decided on the days I got to do (no forcing here!). So here we are 46 completed days later, and Iβm just as proud of myself for allowing the space I needed (for example Tuesdayβs are my therapy days, and Iβm usually too emotionally exhausted to move my body, so I skipped most Tuesday workouts).
If this challenge looked different for you, I see you, Iβm with you, and Iβm proud of you! This community is amazing, love to you all β€οΈ
My second M/BODY Challenge, Stay True To You Fall 2022, is completed! πͺπ©°ππ§ββοΈπ I met my goal of completing all Wellness Activities (which I fell behind on at various times) and at least 45 workouts (I did 52!). I knew aiming for all 60 workouts would not be realistic during this incredibly busy time, so I created a goal that would help rather than hinder me. Movement plays a critical role in my stress management and well-being. Having this Challenge to anchor into during an emotionally heavy time (along with the love and support of the #mbodyglobalfam which is unparalleled) is high on my gratitude list. Congratulations to those who participated in any way, shape, or form!

Hi Everyone! I completed my third board. I completed 16 classes. I also did the activities except for celery juice because it is hard for my tummy. I add spinach to my smoothie to get the vegetable content. I will post on IG because the image is cut off.
