Hi lovely Fam! I’ve sadly been made redundant from my job but I’m hanging in there. In the spirit of renewal, I’m taking a short trip to NYC to see friends and family and reset a bit. My aim is to connect and reconnect with lovely humans.

Are any of you around? I’d love to get a coffee (or green juice?) with anyone around 16-21 May. Would be nice to meet as a NY group too if a few of you are free 💓

I was struck by how many of you (beautiful people!!) are in the same battle as I am, fighting the cruel lies about our bodies that we so often tell ourselves. Thankful for this community which takes time to listen and love, but also challenge and inspire. I posted this on my bathroom mirror to remind myself to take control and love my body and thought I’d share.

What is the best bar to use for Marnies classes? I don’t have a space to mount one yet and curios what people like? I have my eye on a few but they carry in price.

Finally did Saturday’s live today, such a great workout! I wasn’t sure I wanted to do an hour workout today after waking up to snow yet again, but once I started and heard Marnie say the time will pass anyway I was glad I did! Her classes fly by and I love how they are NEVER boring!

When the double breast cancer survivor (hence the double mastectomy) gets too sweaty for her shirt doing cardio sculpt 274. Working out topless is one of the few advantages of not having breasts! 😂
