Would you believe trying my hair down was scary? This highly sensitive person wasnโt sure about the hot hair on the neck sensation ๐but, it was FUN! Thanks for always challenging us to try new things Marnie and to believe we can do it (also my stamina with planks has sky rocketed! So grateful since I have been working on my still slightly separated abs!) โบ๏ธ
Sometimes thereโs just no room on the mat for mom ๐ Iโm so happy to share the benefit of movement and the importance of staying fit with my girls.
Today I did Day 16 Grounded Sweat 179 since I missed it. You can't tell in the picture, but the (full sized) towel is also soaked! And no I do not workout outdoors. I have the AC on and a fan blowing on me! ๐ When Marnie says sweat, I take it seriously!

I took some time offline and I missed you all over the holiday!! How are you all??
Here is glimpse of my summer so far. I under estimated how challenging it would to be keep a routine during vacations and travels. At the beginning of the challenge, I honestly was like oh I don't have to worry about breaking my exercise routine, I got this. I was wrong. And I'm so grateful for the wellness activities which has kept my connected when I missed a class. Currently allowing myself to receive the grace to make mistakes, be messy, and let go.

hi everyone! i just did the workout from 6/25, and in light of recent events i wanted to share some pride with you all! gill and i havenโt been in as many lives this month because weโve been spending our weekends at various pride events. in these trying times expressions of queer joy are becoming more and more radical! we are always thankful for the small expressions of joy like when we do an m/body workout in our home, as well as the bigger ones like attending pride festivals. we hope everyone had a great pride month, and we look forward to seeing you all in the live on Saturday!

Oh I read almost everything except Crime or horro books but feel free to recommend anything maybe someone else will love it.

Yesterday I got to revisit the M/<20 Ballet Sculpt/ 182 and Marnie asked a question at the end of class -What is blooming in your life these days?- I thought about this flower that I get to see blooming each year it just happened to open its petals up with perfect timing.
And then I thought
