I don’t won’t anyone to miss the first live back so if your clocks go back one hour this weekend (I believe this is the European Fam) the lives on
will be one hour earlier.
After that the clocks go back in the US too so the times return to normal.
I’m in the UK so for me this means the Wednesday live will be at 16:00 as opposed to 17:00 and the Saturday live will be at 17:00 as opposed to 18:00. These times are shown in the Upcoming Live Classes section.

so i've never been a diary or journal girl. not for lack of trying. it's such as assumption in the wellness/fitness/spiritual communities that everyone does it? i've tried over and over and it just doesn't work. and then i wonder if something is wrong with me - (i know nothing is wrong with me, but the feeling sometimes creep up). guess i'm just wondering out loud if there are there any other non-journalers out there? and if so, have you found any good substitutes when you/we are prompted to journal?

Hi fam! I’m a bit under the weather and feeling low energy and achy - giving my body lots of rest (as much as I can with two minis 😅) - but these workouts are such an important part of my mental health/managing my anxiety I was thinking maybe I could incorporate some mild stretch flows into my sick days.
So! What are your favorite low energy classes?
