my new custom 60-day challenge board! 60 baby goats for 60 days of workouts! also coincides with day 2: i screwed up many baby goats. as an artist i struggle HARD with perfectionism. shuts me down. one of my super goals for this challenge: open heart, let go, and just CREATE. trying to get everything perfect just holds me back. and hey, imperfections are beautiful, right? <3

Posting my goals here also- so they don’t disappear after 24 hours…in all honesty, I have a very emotionally challenging few months ahead, my husband and I have been trying for a little over a year to get pregnant, and the rest of the year is basically the last few months we have of trying on our own before our reproductive endocrinologist intervenes. I’m choosing to use these 60 days to be more connected to my mind, my body, and to remind myself that I am enough with or without a baby growing inside of me. I’m also sharing this because I’m gonna need all the support and baby dust I can get from y’all after this challenge is over. I love you all! 💗💗💗

GOALS

  1. LISTEN MORE TO WHAT MY BODY

IS TELLING ME

  1. GIVE MYSELF GRACE WHEN I

NEED REST VS MOVEMENT AND

JUST IN GENERAL..LIFE IS HARD.

AND NOT EVERYTHING WILL GO

HOW ID PLAN FOR IT TO…..WHICH

LEADS ME TO

  1. ENJOY THE LITTLE VICTORIES-

IN LIFE AND IN MOVEMENT.

  1. Work on flexibility, especially my left leg.

  2. Incorporate high impact options at least once each workout, instead of never.

  3. Work on breath, mindfulness, and presence in and out of workouts!

SO excited for this challenge! I started a new job a few months ago and it’s been really tough balancing my work/ life situation… feel like this challenge is JUST what I need! Going for 30/60 to be realistic but hoping to sneak more workouts in during the 60 days!

Another really lovely thing about challenge time in my house is the huge support I get from my family🥰 I’ve done almost all the challenges to some extent at this point and it’s such a vibe in my home! My boys jumped in for parts of today’s workout and the comment was “Wow Mommy this is harder than it looks! You’re strong!” 🥰 Music to my ears! Looking forward to this special time with my M/Body fam and my sweet fam at home cheering me on✨✨💪🔥

Hi! I order to save on costs, I am using my agenda to do the writing exercises featured in the challenge. Aside from saving on a diary, I always know where I keep my agenda and the entries integrate the challenge into my schedule. I hope that this suggestion helps other people.

Hey fam!! Happy challenge! I think this is my 5th or 6th challenge now?! I love how it gives me something structured to look forward to every day, and makes me feel like I’m a part of something. None of my friends live in the same state as me, and there’s not much community around here for my needs, but this fam makes me feel like I matter and that I belong ❤️

I just completed day 2. Halfway through I wanted to quit but I thought "what if I did 5 more minutes?". By the time the 5 minutes was through I was in it again and finished.

My super goals:

  1. 200 words a day on my novel. More if I want but at least 200.

  2. Do ALL the jumps by the end of the challenge

  3. Eat 10 seasonal fruits and vegetables. Today: Jersey Black apple.

Add ur goals below if it pleases you.
