I did the live from ladt saturday... i was working all weekend, and frankly I'm.happy I did now. It was so deep !!! I'm sure I'll feel that tomorrow, arms, core , back and legs.
My appointments are update, incredibly, I think I did everything before the wedding, like a maniac. But I'll get an extra visit on my physiotherapist.
