I used to belong to a Pilates studio, but it closed last year. After trying lots of online classes, I joined M/Body last year but had to quit due to an injured knee. I rejoined in January and work out exclusively with M/Body 3-4 times a week. I can’t really do more classes per week as I have deteriorating meniscus in my knees which cortisone shots have helped, but squats and plies aggravate.
