I can’t ski anymore because I’ve also had 2 microdiscectomies on my L5S1 disc and have to be careful with twisting motion as I don’t want fusion on my back! I’m also 65 and if I overdo with exercise I often injure something! But I feel great right now and love the workouts I have done on M/Body. I feel like I’m getting in much better shape with these workouts!
