Yes, we were! We try to go every year since my husband has the Epic pass! But since we’re in Reno, it’s a short drive!

Take care of yourself Emily! Back pain is the worst! I’ve had 2 surgeries on my L5S1 disc and I too probably have another herniated disc as I’ve been going to physical therapy for back pain and knee pain! So frustrating to not be able to get to the mat!

Hi Michelle, that’s great you are doing so many days of exercise! I’m 66 and I aim for 3 days a week of M/Body and when I make its a good week, but between back and knee injuries it’s often just twice a week!

I hear you, Marisol! So done with this year, so much stress the past 2 months, which is probably why I haven’t gotten to the mat as much due to back and knee pain due to the stress!
