Congratulations!!! I know how difficult this journey is as my daughter is also pregnant after several years of trying, fertility specialists, procedures and a miscarriage! So excited for you!

I don’t have scoliosis, but have had 2 microdiscectomies on my L5S1 discs and have flare ups due to that and probably arthritis. I have had to change how I work out as I age and have to modify some workouts so that I don’t end up injuring something! I find the best thing for managing stress that causes pain is working out! The best thing for me when I do have a flare up is acupuncture. Sending you love and healing thoughts ❤️

Ah Roma❤️, was there in 2018 and lived there for 3 years as a child, when the Trevi and Spanish Steps and Vatican were never crowded!

I don’t journal, not my thing either. Exercise is my stress reliever! There isn’t a one size fit for everyone, just do what works for you❤️❤️
