This was a great review of signature moves and my booty was feeling it, my legs were shaking at the barre, my arm was randomly shaking, and those ab moves will getcha- but in a good way!

I would LOVE to go! Not sure if I can swing 5 days this October though. As much as I want to be there (and will still look up airfare and childcare whenever I know location), but I hope our European fam can experience IRL. ❤️❤️❤️

The “sweat” classes always intimate me going into it, but we can do ANYTHING for 30 mins! And it moves through quickly, so they’re always worth it. At the end, Marnie’s words about accepting where you are were gold to hear. Then she goes into a lot of detail about celery juice- noting this here in case you need guidance for a M/BODY Challenge board.

I love when Marnie breathes new life into “signature” moves w/ new choreo combos, so my mind doesn’t wander. This class was sweaty, it was fast-paced, and HOLY ABS! Included a helpful explanation of where we should be rooted on the big toe (not the toe itself apparently) and some other form notes. Enough challenges within that I will definitely come back to this one.

Returned to this class as part of the 21 Day Resiliency Challenge. As someone who struggles with cardio, remember not only is this a shorter one, but Marnie keeps the choreography moving and flowing, so while I need to dig a little deep and push, it's not nearly impossible, and very doable!

Wonderful full-body class! Standing series with weights and then at the barre, minimal plank/push-ups, abs/core work on your back. Thank you!

Whew this was a powerful class! I hope to one day keep my arms up and going without a break. The combo choreography moves of arms and legs were amazing- a few hours later and I am feeling this class from legs to shoulders and everywhere in between. 🔥👩‍🚒🔥 This is one of those beautiful challenge classes for me that I will return to. Congratulations on 200 Live classes- what a special milestone to witness. 💕 This community has people from the “before” times from the LA studio, OG M/Body people who are 1-2+ years in, and still welcomes new members daily. I’m honored to be a part of this safe space- thank you for creating this and showing up to the mat for all of us, Marnie, on your difficult days too.
