Great class and playlist! I did this one outside while traveling, and I felt it work everything. Marnie’s reminders/corrections of form are consistently helpful.

Forgot to comment after doing the Live of this class. It feels so good during class, but the end of class stretches feel AMAZING!!! Being guided through the “puppy stretch” transitioning to “tree frog fingers,” and ending with hands flat pressed to the ground and palms skyward was straight up therapeutic. What a stretch and release!!

Thank you for sharing something vulnerable. I’m sure many can relate. While I cannot, I do like the idea of reclaiming. Reclaiming parts and all of our bodies that we perceived were for others, or were shamed to have, or that we chose to share (such as through pregnancy). But to mindfully, intentionally, and actively tell ourselves and our bodies that all parts of us are ours. Regardless of size, societal expectations, or history. Setting that boundary now in adulthood that no one can misuse or abuse any parts of us. We release the shame or guilt. I’m not sure if any of that would help, but it can be a powerful practice to try. Sending love to you as a whole person, all the parts and pieces that make up you.

Very low impact and while there is a focus on the back and arms, it did not feel strenuous. 👍

Clearly I was at this class a month ago based on comments, but this was PERFECT for traveling and for after driving for 5 hours. It’s challenging in form (aka room for growth), but it’s still SO much fun to make these shapes! This has a slightly slower pace, so I am sending love to Lindsey and anyone else in the M/BODY global fam who finds that a more challenging rather than welcoming pace. Great class to explore!

Did this one Live and revisited today as part of the 21-Day Building Resilience Board. This class.... let me tell you. Longer cardio and fast-moving classes intimidate me. Yet the moves and flow are so joyful, and Marnie is so encouraging, that this type of class (signatures moves in a lot of red and orange with cardio bursts) are so perfect. It's like learning to swim but in calm, warm, turquoise water. Yes I still checked the time remaining more than once, yes I paused, to catch my breath and sip water. yes I dropped down and popped back up. But there is joy to meet these challenges. Favoriting to remember to come back to it as it just FEELS good doing it, despite it infusing some personally challenging elements for me.

Loved this one live, and appreciated returning to it. Great sculpt using the hand weights and our body weight. It was an extra challenge keeping the weight behind my super sweaty leg by the time we were on all fours (or a tripod of limbs).
