Equal parts big challenge and big fun! Only need a ball- I find the M/ovement Ball does feel better than my child's recreational ball (and I have borrowed all 3 of his the first few months), although any ball will work. Choreography has you standing, on the floor facing down, and eventually laying on your back, so it keeps it moving. Lots of balance work- that mental shift of "I can't do this right" to "well this is playful and wiggly, let me keep trying" is such a service to bring with you to this class. And the soundtrack brought familiarity to exploring these new moves. Favoriting immediately!

Horray Meena!!! You did it!! One more example of how you can see things through and accomplish difficult things. 👏

Yaaay Miranda!! I hope you consider some treat yo’self ideas for accomplishing this! I like to recommend pancakes after a mammogram just to keep the theme going. You can do hard things, and blood work, mammograms, and papa are all quick🥞

Hahaha perfection! I am planning to mix in some fruit w/ my celery water when I go for it this weekend (which takes away the low sugar benefits but if I can make it more palpable I might be able to drink it more often than every M/BODY Challenge). Cheers to you!

This was a JOYFUL 20 mins of arms- Ummm how?? Marnie Magic. It did *not* require boundless energy, so don’t worry if you’re dragging: you can totally handle this one. I worked up a little sweat in this short time, but it would be a great add-on to another short class if you wanted to create a 40-50 min workout. Arms were a little sore the following day, but I could still lift them (and my 56 lb child) so have no fear!

Returned to this for a Fall Challenge and felt so much warmer within minutes, even when modifying to a slightly slower pace. No equipment means you can take this one anywhere!

Towel Dance classes feel so challenging for me. I appreciate the amount of muscle work involved; I noticed I had to keep correcting my chin from jutting forward. Even my “woo hoo” was slower with the leg and booty burn moves. Feels good to accomplish hard things though! I suggest trying to have a non-distracting space if possible. You’ve got this!
