Day 22

Day 22: IRL video drop (looooove the energy!! Highly recommend you take the adventure/trip to do an in-person class if ever possible!). Sweaty selfie with a silly face b/c…. it’s a sweaty selfie. 🤷‍♀️💦

The IRL energy is palpable even from the screen! I suggest anyone take the plane, train, or road trip if you have a chance to catch a class in-person. Fabulous signature moves and a big smile on my face knowing so many were there!

I know I commented the first time around (I love connecting with the inner badass ballerina!) but FYI this is such a great class to gather energy for the day without impact and jumps. It’s building that fire to fuel the rest of your day.
