This class has a beautiful focus on endurance... from the choreography sets to the meditation words at the end. Uses weights (I keep my usual 3 lbs. but bowing to those who added balas or increased their weights, as well as to those who dropped whatever weights they were using but continued the movements) and ball under feet at the end. Low impact but still brought the sweat. I appreciate that even though there is a focus on upper body with the weights, my legs were not ignored.

PS the audio was perfection - I could hear the music and hear Marnie very clearly (even with an oscillating fan in the room). Thanks Katelyn and M/BODY team!
