During this class I was feeling the leg and hip/glute focus. I thought our lovely stretch after weights meant we were done with arms, but this class had some sneaky arm/shoulder work added after with plank form that I felt later that night. Definitely full body sweat! 🖤
Ohhh nice choice! Cardio is not easy for me. I agree on the not exercising this many days in a row and seeing positive effects. I was thinking it would be cool for Challengers to share what progressions or positive impact they experienced at the end of this. Maybe a social media blast for promoting our beloved M/Body.
Good points! I am trying to jot down some of Marnie’s words that resonate, b/c the feeling sticks with me but by the end of class I don’t always remember the quotes. I appreciate the pause button for this reason (and when I need to get the form down a little bit more).
Great choice Lindsey! I can’t even remember the choreography from that class as the goosebumps, gigantic smile, and palpable sense of connection (even as a newcomer- how do you all do you all create that so well??) was so intense from the videos that I can’t remember anything else (except asking my kiddo to listen with me AKA stop talking).
This was difficult to pick! Today’s answer is M/ <45 90s Hip Hop Sweat 47 (because that playlist carried me through) and M/<45 Ballet Sculpt & Stretch (as the class flew by and I yearn for more of that poetic, ballet grace and hope to make progress in my ability to do leg stretches at the barre with a straight leg).
I try to comment under each video I do, but by the end of class I am a sweaty ball of love and gratitude for the experience. Will try to hone in on writing specifics in my comments for those who are picking a class based on what they read. And for those who post about some of their fav go-to classes on social media, pls know I am thankful and taking notes for inspiration on which classes to try next when the challenge is over.
Commented on I did it!
