I LOVE M/BODY knockout sweat classes!! This one had a really cool warm up and that set the stage for class; we begin with intention, slower, masterful, and then add on. Certainly moments of increasing speed, some serious sweat and catching of my breath, yet not a ‘fast and furious’ class. We are moving up and down, but with control, and most of class embraces a primarily standing position (with dropping lower almost knee to ground). We do hit the floor at the end to combo up and down in its fullness. Awesomely paced class and invited me to be so in tune with my body and my movement. I used my usual 5 lbs but was tiring out and dropped the weights for the last reps toward the end. The after class stretch is likewise intentionally slower and super mindful. The words at the end were a beautiful love letter of M/BODY and its impact on me. The purpose of our closing meditations to calm the nervous system and book end classes. Favorite this one as it’s a Knockout Sweat and for its flow, vibe, and words. Freaking loved it, Marnie & team; thank you!
