Hi Ruhdan! In the Spotify app, go to the search bar and type in โ€œMarnie Alton.โ€ Click her profile and her M/BODY class playlists are accessible there.

This Signature class maintains a quick pace, moving through sequences and changes with some speed. I paused and re-wound a few times to be sure I was not missing it. Serious leg work and overall core/trunk work throughout. A Signature mix of all the parts and pieces. Ball is used under the foot at the barre and under the knee, under the foot, and in between knees and ankles on the mat. Great playlist and great quicker paced class to build up the energy level!

Ohhh this barre-using standing and down on the mat class blended some rhythm dance moves of arms and leg, wonderful barre work (including fairy jumps!) (barre work standing and on the mat using the barre), and serious pilates work on the mat. My legs, glutes, and core are on FIRE. While my rhythm dance moves belong in the privacy of my home, I love how it keeps our hips mobile and feeling great.ย

This all standing class brings the aerobic and anaerobic qualities, marrying stretch and strength (as Marnie says). I was feeling my heart beat throughout class, and seeing the sweat glisten on my legs during the final stretches. This class felt like a Signature (with a focus on chest opening) but ended before we would move to the floor for that second half of a 60 Signature class. It finishes with a calming brief meditation. This class marks my 2 year M/BODY Anniversary (same with Jessica G with whom I share this Marnieversary) and I was thinking during class: damn, I'm still challenged after all of this time. As always, I'm filled with love and gratitude for all of this beautiful movement, healthy body and mindset, and #mbodyglobalfam community.

Such a great class! Warms you up quickly, and brings a lot of strength to your arms and shoulders. I chose to wear ankle weights after the cardio sequence, and holy moly that added a whole other level.ย

This class brings all the red-lip energy for some sculpt and sweat and classic Signature moves to the soundtrack of Taylor Swift. The arms series with the weights brings the burn and the class left me worn out but energized at the same time. Uses all of the props and has some wonderful words of connection. Itโ€™s also an early bday class celebrating Spags! PS- bonus includes all the hair flips one could ever want!

Some previous chair dances feel sassy and fun, this one felt challenging, stretching, and sculpting. It was a different vibe, but a nice option to have. Chair dances remain a fun class and wonderful way to switch up the props. Have space for serious leg extensions all around you and a padded mat for the top of your foot (where laces tie on a shoe) to tap the floor. Thank you Marnie for creative outlets of movement!

Lots of cardio packed into this quick-moving punching class with beloved side kicks (and front kicks). No equipment class, but I can only imagine the added burn if I was punching with weights (an option I may try when I return to this one). I always love a kickboxing inspired (knockout sweat) M/BODY class!

Do you need something quick and bouncy? Do you need to shake off your day or week or month? You found it right here in this class! Ballet inspired moves interwoven while also feeling like youโ€™re doing the choreography of a music video. My goal is to get lower next time.

Ohh what a fiery, beautiful challenge! Core work, but from neck to shoulders to glutes to legs, this class quickly moves into the entire body. This was a serious quickie! Please try it for the sculpt and stretch!
