Ankle weights are such a small but mighty add-on for extra challenge- oh my! I had to get out of my head when I needed to catch a beat and will work on keeping hips down and level as my leg raises behind me or to my side when I revisit this class. As mentioned all standing throughout class, a lot of one leg at a time focus, with some interesting angle shifts at our standing surface. The closing message was tugging on my emotions, so I recognize that was important for me to hear today- thank you.

Loving these Presence themed classes! We are mindfully warming up and elevating our heart rate, then slowing it a bit to savor while keeping an active tempo and the heat going in anaerobic ways. The Movement ball (regular and mini) are stars of the class. Some intense one leg work at the barre which I adored despite some exhaled words along the way. Todd joined me for the playback of this and said it may be one of the best and sweatiest classes he’s done yet. I was dehydrated from the night before and didn’t sweat as much as he did, but it was a class leaving us both feeling the full body work and a sense of accomplishment and calm.
