Uplifting class to say the least! I find myself coming back to class because it's so joyful and the barre work challenges me and Im allowing myself to love that sensation of fire 🔥

Hey Claudia! We were hit in January. It took about 2 weeks for myself to recover. I resisted and I was so upset because I couldn't participate in my regular routine. I learned the importance of acceptance and surrender. Once I did feel like myself, I did stretch with Hatha yoga and pilates because that didn't require too much muscle strength or pressure on my joints. You'll get back soon and you'll be better than ever my love! Remember to trust yourself!!
