Hey Chantale Desjardins ! I hope you are well beautiful. 

I have used 1lb bala weights on my ankles during a 60 min class for the entire duration and in my opinion, I found it to be a bit of  a distraction during the warm-up and cardio portions... However during the barre/glutes series, I found it to be enjoyable and beneficial for stimulating the muscles. I would def recommend for barre leg + glute and floor glute series. But if it takes you out of the form or is putting strain on you, I wouldn't recommend it. I say, give it try and see what you like!

I love this style of the Arm Dance class, it feels unique to the other arm dance classes. I feel so amazing. Lots of fun and relaxing for the mind. Awesome playlist. Adding to my favs! Thank you!! Marnie- you're an awesome teacher!! So grateful for you.
