This is an awesome Red-Light series! It's one of my favs. I remember the first time I did this class, and it was so challenging, especially the cardio portion. I am glad to say, the cardiovascular strength I have built through the years made me feel as if I am soaring my way through the dance. It's beautiful and amazing to witness my own growth. Forever thankful.

It sounds like there might be air pressure built up in that ankle joint or possibly tightness in that area. Maybe you can check with a massage therapist or someone who specializes in body work therapies to give accurate feedback.
