Completely agree with Lindsey! Finally got to this live and it was sweatyyyy. Hello GLUTES!🔥 🔥 This left feeling strong and wanting to get better at feeling deep gratitude for every aspect of my life, for where I'm at now, all that I've accomplished, and what my body allows me to do today.

Different quick cardio dance at the beginning, then moving into a few classic signature moves with the ball. A quick plank dance which I completed without dropping (!), and then in between abs and booty for the remainder of class with the ball! Nice and sweaty and activating. Great one to come back to and the words at the end were everything: "Turbulence teaches grounding. The edge teaches breath. Falling teaches rising. Breaking teaches building. Pain teaches healing. Resentment teaches boundaries. Failing teaches rebirth. Harmony continuously seeks itself. Remember, it's just a circle continuing on, and you are supported."

Classic signature - activating barre work and nice elongating series with long legs at the barre. Plank dance and the abs with the ball at the end were FIRE. Definitely want to return to that in the future, even as an add on after a shorter class or when I just need to feel my core!

Found this oldie but goodie on the strive for 5 guide. I'll admit, I was a bit intimidated seeing mentions of pushups and plank series in these comments, but they were awakening and strengthening, and as Marnie says, I'm trying to fall in love with pushups & planks! Other than that, it's a classic signature with a lovely red light elongating series at the barre that's a love letter to my back. Fantastic if you want a little bit of everything!

Did this for the first time as a part of the Strive for Five Guide - what a beauty of a class! All around wonderful - cardio dance, fun weighted combos that reminded me of Posture Perfect /323 (which I did yesterday!), fiery barre with the ball, glute elongating work, activating abs and beautiful stretch. Instant fav, along with a killer playlist and an ending song from an M/body fam member 🤩

Good, balanced all around signature. It starts off quick and fast, but gives way to legs, booty, FIRE abs, and a lovely quick detox stretch.
Marnie's comment about what lockdown taught her, that she thought she needed the walls, but in fact, that was limiting and look where she has gone and built now. Super powerful to think about that growth mindset, which parallels the end comments after class about how we can look for measures of growth in our bodies and movements, not just by how heavy of weights we can pick up.

Missed the live, but what fabulous energy and WHAT. A. SWEAT! Lots of jumps and cardio, which felt great to get the heart rate up. A fair amount of booty work as well. Absolutely loved the end meditation which provided a thought shift: spelling = casting spells. Words carry energy, and we have the power to choose how we speak about ourselves. Thank you Marnie for that incredible vital reminder.

FIRE. Classic signature choreography at the beginning, the moves into FIRE arms (want to challenge myself next time to not drop them with 3 lb weights - got close, but not there yet), and FIRE legs at the barre. Activating glutes and more fire abs at the end. Hat tip to Marnie!! Great one to come back to to get lower into the legs at the barre while lunging and not come out of the fire. Also, the ending words were exactly what I needed to hear ❤️
