What FUN! I loved the balance challenges and the wiggles in this class. Definitely flagging this one to return to to work on the balance and putting all of my effort in!

I was nervous about doing this class, but I loved the strength work at the barre! Nice burn in the calves when on relevé, and FIRE abs sequence at the end. The ab sequence would be a good add on if I feel I need something more! Thank you Marnie and M/Body Team!

The firrre is real in the abs at the end! Just did this as part of the 2024 Spring challenge and wowee!! SO GOOD!

LOVED this workout! Fun glutes at the barre, great snappy jumps in warmup, strong powerful arms, and FIERY abs at the end. Instant favorite and cannot wait to come back to get better at the hip pike plank ab combo!

What a JOY of a workout! I left feeling strong and capable and ready to try this again with 12 or 13 pounds in each hand (I did 10 this time because 15 felt like it would be too much!). Note: near the end, there is a use of 2 weights, so 2 heavy ones would be best for that work! Cannot wait to try this again! Thank you Marnie for your endless creativity and challenge!

Marnie works her magic once again! The sweat that comes in just 20 minutes never ceases to amaze me! Hips are dynamically stretched throughout and core is activated in a plank series that felt wonderful!

Loved doing this new-to-me signature for the 2024 Spring challenge! Jammin' signature. One of my favorite parts was the "simple" (which doesn't mean not challenging! Just not a ton of changes in position!) but effective ab series!

Lovely heated stretch. Moments of wide second to build heat, awesome lunges to truly stretch the hips, sun salutation flow to strengthen and lengthen, and pigeon stretches near the end that felt wonderful. It's challenging for me to slow down, so I really focused on living in the stretches and stretching to my full potential. Thank you Marnie for this wonderful class that beautifully pairs warmth and stretch.

Northeast! About 45 minutes south of Green Bay! Enjoy those mountains, but yes, the water feels so freeing and I love listening to and watching the waves!
